As if a lawsuit was goint to benefit the common shareholders.... Keep in mind that other than "to just feel better in the short run" suits benefit no one...there isn't any money in the company to sue for, and if INCE does have a chance at pulling itself up by the boot straps (ever) in the future a lawsuit would put an end to that in a hurry. I'm one of those people who has well over $50,000 lost on paper here, and I know a few that have over $250,000 racked up in paper losses.... You all know where I stand on this company, but the last thing anyone her needs is idle talk about lawsuits. There are some uncompleted plans in the works, and we all know that...just put the shares in a drawer and check back in a month or two.... ...my two cents on this issue (don't take my position personally Jim....please)
