That is really interesting and extremely expensive. Back in September someone bought 500 LSIPEs for $65k when LSI was hitting a low of 30. Not a bad triple for a couple of months.

Maybe you are on to something.

The person(s) who bought the feb 20 calls was definetly not me (not that I do not think that was a bad decision but simply because I dont play with options)! And just to remind everyone that I have gone on record saying that LSI will beat the estimates by at least 1 penny with a bullish next 2-4 quarters here is what I said a few weeks ago:

How do you know they were calls that were bought? Couldn't they have been a large institution taking a covered call position? I hope it was a buy but that's really large.
