I caught the last 1/2 hour of the conference call and did seem to hear a consensus from those involved that the fundamentals have never been better for this company. That attitude came as much from those asking the questions as it did from Wil Riner and Brian Carr.

The closest thing I heard to an explanation for the current share price is that one of the original venture companies filed to sell 90,000 shares in December. If they did indeed sell that would produce a lot of downwrd pressure on this small float.

Did I here Brian Carr say that some insiders have recently filed to buy? He made that statement and then seemed to hedge a little.

I was encouraged to hear that the board is considering a buy back of shares given the current price levels. Since this drop has forced me to be a long term investor, I would certainly like to see them pay some attention to share holder value!
