Since upgrading from NN3.01 to NN4.04 on my Macs (both at work and home) I no longer have problems logging into Schwab. With 3.01 I used to have trouble connecting and would usually have to try 3 or 4 times but once I got on everything worked OK. With 4.04 I haven't had any problems at all. I don't really have any good ideas, maybe try reloading the software.
