I will be speaking to him again first thing in the morning...

If anyone has any specific questions they want answered...Post them and I wille
ask...

Does he have any valid explanation as to why there was so much stock churned at these prices.

Does he anticipate having to travel to or communicate with China in the near future? And if so will this be an ongoing endeavour?

Does Rogers have any reason to pursue a working relationship with USA Video Interactive or has the MOU been put on hold?

Is a financing in the works or do they have to start from scratch to raise money re The private placement of 6,250,000 units at $0.18 of November 6 1997 will not be proceeding. And if financing is in the works will it likely be a privatement placement?

Is the deal with Callisto Media Systems
Vancouver, British Columbia, November 3, 1997 -- USA Video Interactive Corp., a provider of innovative Video-On-Demand (solutions and services, today announced that it has agreed to purchase up to a 50% equity interest in Callisto Media Systems Inc., located in Canada's silicon valley of the north, for $2.5 million. This transaction will be completed in stages within the next 15 months to coincide with product enhancement milestones to the patented video server architecture. USA Video is also negotiating an option to acquire the remaining shares of Callisto. in jeopardy.

Has he sold any of his stock in the last two months and if so at what price? I'm not too sure on the rules of disclosure so this question may be out of line.

When does he anticipate a signed order as opposed to letters of intent or MOU's?

Thanks Ed.

Ed:

Did he make mention of anymore news just around the corner? He also
asked me to call him in the morning as well. I wonder why? I firmly
beleive there is more to come very soon. Did he comment on the news
release at all, and what might be the importance of it?

Good Luck
Don
