TO ALL - SOME BULLISH OBSERVATIONS!!
First of all I'd like to thank Cisco and Frank for their intelligent posts re: the partnering agreement.

Some thoughts of my own:

1) I'd rather keep half the profits on 100 dollars in sales than keep all the profits on ten dollars in sales.

2) As has been mentioned before, this deal sounds like it may open up the global market for Accumed products through the pipeline of a well established company. A company that sells similar products to the same TARGET AUDIENCE that Accumed needs to focus on. Optical product companies don't have that target audience, as became apparent with Olympus.

3) If there is some intent in this new partnership to establish industry standards in equipment and techniques then Accumed can only benefit, by being part of that team.

4) Speeding up product development is necessary to capture the market, or risk being left behind.

5) Retaining manfacturing sounds like a big plus too. Since there should be built in profit margin there, for 100% of the goods. More efficient capital utilization leads to higher return on equity.

6) You know, when you cast seeds into the garden you can't predict that they all will grow, but you know most of them will.
Let Accumed cast their seeds into the garden, and maybe one day we will feast at harvest time.

regards, C.S.
