That's around $65m. Four times revenue. And it would have to be cash, or mostly cash.

Hmmmm. How do US tax laws help here - is there anything in the $81m accumulated deficit that would be of any use to a more solvent company?

Actually, the man had some very good ideas and those of use who use the tools would say he implemented them well. As for his ability to run a multi-million dollar company though.....
