FTSV rebounded to 10/4 pricing. SURF and TRIL laggards suffering the inertia of new lows begetting newer lows. I use momentum and volume indicators as a sign of bottoms and those suggest TRIL is close to (if not at) a bottom and SURF not so. Indicator is useful only for short term (few weeks) decisions since it is based on hourly data.
