It was 5% in Dec, 2007, before anybody knew McCain was gonna be the nominee. Then it started to go up.

Unemployment rate has been improving ever since Obama presidency and for 8 years. The Obama trend that he started HAS NOT CHANGED ONE BIT!!!! But the TAX SCAM, trade war of POS trump and the coming 2019 recession will reverse all that.
