Thanks and I'm looking into to the adverse affects of LED lighting and to a lesser extent fluorescent light issues, but the main problem with LED light seems to be blue light damaging your eyesight.

Coincidentally and unrelated, I picked up a new pair of glasses today. Also, I have some hearing loss and constant tinnitus due to loud music. The hearing issue happened when I sat 20 feet from a stage 20 years ago at an outdoor concert and it blew my ears out. My ears have been ringing ever since.

I certainly want to take care of my eyesight.

Best -- Josh

LED is the way everything is going. I converted to LED from incandescent and halogen bulbs and they are super bright. LED is the future. You can pick out different spectrum's as well. Mine are 3000K.

Blue Light Health Issue:

I plan to use less blue light, however this article maintains the problem isn't as dangerous as has been reported. I'm including a link and entire screenshot of the article.
