Today's Commentary: 01/16/98 (AIC)

Pricing on select 16 meg product (i.e. 4Mx4 SOJ FPM and EDO) had a slight increase from yesterday's close. 64 meg DRAM also had an increase based on limited availabilities. Buyers for Intel CPUs continue to look for aggressive pricing as the price drop approaches.

Isn't it nice to know that not all analysts know about the JV1 IPO or borthered to check out the JV1 under-the-counter stock price like Gumport/Lehman did. Does this mean that when JV1 goes IPO it will be a surprise event and as such the value is not factored into today's stock price?
