OK Mike. I'm back to you with a few items on the agenda. First, do you feel better about your purchase of CYPB? A very predictable finish today in anticipation of news coming out next week. Hang in there and take the free money that we're getting. Secondly, Dianne will help with your wardrobe decisions if you send her a picture. Then you and Ken will both be in the same boat (g). Sorry, but you took Toro's side and I'm taking Ken's. Getting back to stocks, I took a look at ABND at your request. The s-1 filing is for preferred shares not common. Co. must need cash to fund the increased financing activity that they have undertaken. I noticed that insiders have been buying small amounts of shares over the last year and that is positive. One insider owns over 50%. Believe it or not, I don't concider that a positive. Company's profit margin is good, but not great. I'm not crazy about their business, automobile financing to sub-prime consumers. Economy is good and defaults are down but cars sure have gotten expensive. Sergio
