Richard, I own 9,000 shares in this company and my advisor owns about 55,000 shares between all his clients. We are both sick of all the crap that is being posted on this thread.

angel, has knowingly, intentionally, and purposely posted false and misleading information on this thread.

Mr. Kevin Hansen has also posted information that is untrue and has tried to make false statements regarding Consygen.

When I have made posts about ConSyGen they are usually started with "I believe" or "it is my opinion". I have tried to make sure to post opinions in that form and to post links to news and other information that supports my view.

None of these jokers such as angel, and Mr. Hansen have supported their views with any evidence and have made posts trying to state something as a fact, when it is clear it is NOT.

It is clear what their intentions are and I won't stand for it.

I think the problems here are all because of phone calls we have made. I call NASDAQ and because I do not have a tape I can play back to everyone Tech goes on and on about me being a lier. Feltburner talks to some programmers and also tries to write here about his conversation and everything gets all messed up in trying to figure out what was said. I will therefore try to stick to things in print as much as possible. For example here is something Tech was talking about earlier which I got from the latest filing.

"General and Administrative Expenses. For the quarter ended November 30, 1997, general and administrative expenses were approximately $706,000, compared with approximately $4,479,000 for the quarter ended November 30, 1996, a decrease of $3,773,000. This decrease in general and administrative expenses was primarily attributable to a decrease of $4,173,000 in non-cash compensation
expenses (related to stock issued for services), "

The way I interpret this is that maybe 800,000 shares of 5 dollar stock was given instead of money to people for their services to CSGI. These people will some day soon want to be paid and will dump their stock. I also think (meaning I do not know for sure) that this is different stock than the reg d stock that was given away. And this is also differen (I think) than the stock that people already had before this last quarter that they put in the S-1. That is millions of shares that insiders have that they want to sell whenever they can. When you consider that the revenues of this company are one hundred something thousand dollars and there are only three paying contracts and it takes as much as a year to get a single one done (like the Strategia one) then I think it will be a long time before this company makes any money at all and enough people want to buy this stock so that any insider selling will be taken care of so the price does not go to under a dollar. What do you think?
