"Hey, Read this"
Web TV Has Advertisers Licking Chops
Scott Moore, director of advertising for MSNBC,
said 250,000 Americans are currently surfing the
Web via a Web TV - up from last year's number of
60,000. That's happening while network television
audiences are "eroding," he added.

Martin, That would mean he understands the law. He has alreay admitted he does not. Some people just can not be helped. I have seen all I need to know who has acted reckless and irresponsible, and so have many other people. But you know Martin, the SEC Never reads SI:-)
They would never notice someone who goes to every board shouting at the top of his lungs telling people when to buy and sell, now would they?<GGGG> I am sure the SEC is interested in someone like me who has only purchased a stock and has held it the whole time, I am much more of a risk to be involved with fraudlent activity, then someone who calls himself a speculator and spouts mis-information. That does not refer to any person in particular, as I am refering to a type of person. Gee, isn't it easy to avoid being the target of litigation?<GGGGGG> It's a shame that more people do not understand the nature of the law.

I think it would be interesting to do a study on the psychology of internet posters. The dynamics are interesting. I find it hard to believe that objectively most couldn't agree with many of the statements I've tried to present. Obviously there is a strong dynamic going on. Maybe it is due to my lack of tact regarding a stock that many on this board, like elk, love.

Martin, you are right. I stand corrected. My mistake was a very common one. But do you approve of elk's liberal use of unsubstanitated accusations, but not my common-sense comments on FTEL? Call a Merill Lynch broker and see if he thinks I'm being silly with my words of caution.

If/when FTEL has great news, I hope someone e-mail's me and makes sure I heard about it. I give my word that I will sing the praises of this company when appropriate. I guess it is a waiting game. We'll have to wait about six months or so and see if the sales materialize.

If they do, I should still win by buying when it is safer. Then again, I never said the big sales couldn't materialize, just that it wasnt' likely.
