ORBI 4Q earnings warnings... But great 98 prospects afterwards...

Remember that Orbital Sciences issued $100 million
in convertable bonds (at $28 per share) in the
summer of 1997 which could cause heavy dilution in
the 4Q earnings. Also, the company is at high
valuations now and could retrace temporarily before
breaking $40 per share. Afterall, the stock went
up about 40% in the last few weeks, and they do not
even have strong revenues from the ORBCOMM side yet
(possibly in the 1Q98)...

I have been continually buying the stock these last
few weeks, so I hope it does not fall too much when
it retraces a bit! Margin calls and forced liquidations
could hurt quite a few people on this one...

We will depend on the successful launches ahead and
hopefully not too much dilution will be seen in the
next earnings report...

Also, I have been very accurate in the past, so those
of you who have seen my posts before know of my uncanny
predictions in Orbital stock... I say now that we may
fall back to the low 30's until the next earnings report.
Afterwards, depending on the hopefull good numbers, we'll
gap up over $40 per share... I still hold my prediction
of $100 by summer time...

NOTE: If the earnings show heavy dilution or the launch
is not 100% successful, I feel the stock will fall back
into the high $20 area using $27 as support... No fear,
because if it goes there, it will present a great opportunity
to buy more and this DOES NOT change my summer prediction
at all... It would only be a minor setback until stronger
numbers appear and take care of that CURRENT HIGH PE RATIO!!
