Hi Zeev,

The only reason I say $4 is the tops is because within the last year we
have seen it near $4 several times on "good news", and never
broke through. I agree that $3 looks like a good overhead
resistance point, and it would probably go higher if it broke through.
But how much higher would you expect it to go? Unless the good
news is a completed pipeline and flowing oil, I don't think increased
reserves will mean a whole lot to the people looking at AKSEF. There
are still a lot of people who believe that they will never pump a drop
of oil (I am not among them). I believe the fields have good potential
as well, however, I have less confidence in AKSEF. Someone will
eventually pump this oil, I just hope we shareholders benefit.

I view this as a speculative stock, with the hopes that someday
AKSEF will shine. But as such, I don't have a very large position,
and am thinking about trading around my core position until they
start pumping oil. So no, I won't panic and sell if it drops significantly
below $1. I will probably buy more to trade with.

I have thought to visit your treatment center from time to time
though!

Regards,
Alan
