? - CPQ buys DEC. Does anyone have any thoughts about DELL buying DGN or SQNT?

David: As an investor and a customer may I ask you the following questions: 1.Any particular reason why DGN is trading approx 50% below their 52 week highs? 2.I see the PE is around 16 and change,does the growth rate justifies this P/E? 3.Barring the 'rumors',what are the prospects for the company going forward on their own? 4.Is 'Clarion' a product of theirs? 5.Who are their main competitors???IBM,DEC ? 6.What are their main products? Mainframe,Servers,Workstations?? Any help in answering the questions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
