I once visited a friend who had to spend time in a secure mental ward because of a drinking problem. I had to meet in a general area and spoke to quite a few of the patients. Most were nice. One guy went berserk and said he was going to kill everyone. Had to be subdued by the orderlies and nurses. My friend spent twp days there and then a day in a more normal setting and then was released. Stopped drinking after that....
