My state didn't even let the ink dry on the skinny plans before regulating them to fatten up

Our 2 insurance carriers have already requested premium rate increases for fear of competition, which the state doesn't want either.

On top of that, Vermont has already put a plan in place to add a state penalty for the uninsured to replace the ex-federal. (currently 98% are insured in VT)

One doesn't pay another will still be forced to pay the difference, nothing has changed.
