I can't disagree with the idea that the younger generations aren't being paid the same. I think the bigger problem with them is the fact that they don't have the money to consume (75% of GDP) and they don't seem to want to work hard to get ahead by putting in over-time, or working a harder job for more pay, either. They think that because they get a degree or two, the world owes them a cushy life. I know that is a big generalization and there are many exceptions to this assumption, but in general, they don't want to sacrifice themselves for anything and there is a load of problems in that, which will eventually effect humanity as well as the markets.
