Yes, personally, I find it mind blowing that someone can arrive at a Ballot Box in some parts of America and cast a vote without having to show ANY PROOF as to whether or not that individual has the right to actually vote !!

I mean, Bin Laden, when he was still alive and wearing a suitable disguise, could have cast his vote in California !!

IMO only bone fide CITIZENS of any country should have the right to vote in their own country.

In my part of the world I can only vote in the constituency in which I am registered to vote. Then, when I get to the voting station, I have to produce my Identity Book proving that I'm a citizen. I am then given a ballot paper and my finger is marked with Indelible Ink so that I can't vote again with maybe someone else's ID, etc..
