I have been in the background following this thread
and arrived here through another thread NYRR. Just a quick note
to say great job keep it up and look forward to reading all posted information on CVIA.
My personal opinion is that a investor will purchase the regs
prior to the 41 day holding period.

To Wayne J are you the same one that posts on NYRR if so e-mail me
I have some information on NYRR this is an Alberta perspective.

Milk and all

1. Does anyone know the exact date of the proposed business meeting expected to happen end of January? It seems that we should know when this is happening and if any shareholders besides Jack are in attendance

2. Does anyone know if the reg S has bought the shares yet or is this pending. (is the 41 days clicking away or hasn't it started?) And - exactly what are they going to pay for these shares. If we authorized 50 mill more share to get $500K then they are getting the shares for 1c. (That would be a 76% discount to my cost basis.)

3. Does anyone know the business that CVIA is acquiring?
I had someone ask me exactly what is happening here and I had to admit it is a little confusing.
Western Tire And Oil (a new company with no income) is going to acquire some unnamed tire company with funds provided by cvia via the Regulation S investor (in exchange for the new 50 million shares recently authorized at a discount price).

I think its time to get some real details on the upcomming business meeting. The only certainty that I know is the bid and the ask and I know i'm not the only one grimacing every time i see that.

Man, you've done a lot of work in getting the web site up and running. Nice! I received another query today from still another newcomer, asking what's going on. I gave him a response, but also commended the reading of the posts to get the full story.

It's a pain to read through the large volume of posts to the thread. Maybe it takes too much time to do this, but it would sure be nice for the newcomers is the most cogent posts on the thread might be collected into links on the site to help such newcomers get an idea of what's afoot.

Maybe the work could be minimized by having thread members submit their favorite candidate posts.

Oh, oh, or maybe better yet, each of several of us might take responsibility for culling through maybe 200 messages and collecting the URLs of the useful ones.

Whatcha think? (Or is this info already available somewhere and Oldtimer's disease prevents me from remembering where?) - JimA
