JP - good question - I'm not sure on the right answer. If it is totally unrestricted stock then I believe that they can be sold on the open market. But big blocks of stock are hard to move on the open market so maybe a private placement? Not sure on this. If they are resticted and have to be handled by a form 144 or intention to file statements then I believe they can be filed as late as 10 days AFTER the sale.

Anyone out there with thoughts on this one?
