To some this may seem laughable, but if the HVSF leaders are really
going to go after the ED market, couldn't this injection of more shares
into the hands of the officers prevent or make more difficult, a takeover. Many small companies, when they start to get going,
take measures to prevent a takeover. And one way is the issuance of over 51% of the shares to those "loyal" to the concept. Just another point of view.
