<What I really hate are people who own cats, then let them run outside. I am seriously ticked off every time I find a pile of feathers in our backyard>

Me too..I thought it was from dead birds I didn't know cats could "molt."

<sorry>..I just couldn't resist...

P.S. We've owned cats in the past...I don't mind them when they belong to someone else...but I'm your basic..gimme' a dog kind of person..or maybe a sheep...<opps>

Being allergic to cats would pretty much warp you, Alex. They are very sweet pets, though, and it's too bad you will never have the pleasure of feline company.

Of course, I keep my cats inside, for their own safety. They are stupid to go outside, since I caught one of them straddling the yellow line in the middle of the street with her back paw up in the air, bathing. Then I also observed her moving CLOSER to a car which had politely stopped instead of killing her when she was in the street. It's really horrendous to watch your cat die in the living room after being hit, too. That's what happened to our beloved Red Kitten, who is buried in the forest near our house.

But you really should talk to Miss Penni!!! Blue has the run of the neighborhood, obviously!! He's also certainly a lot smarter than my cats!! <<)8 ^ )
