You said: So there is a need for some rules to be established by the elected people. Yikes. If you truly believe that, you sound exactly like our Democrat politicians and most all Democrats. I'm so happy that you are not able to vote in our elections, because here we do not believe that our "elected people" should be telling us what we can say and how to say it. We have a First Amendment that gives us freedom of speech! Some here claim that you can't yell fire in a crowded theatre. Well, they are wrong! Legally, you certainly can. You just shouldn't and most people don't.
