Holly:

When a government -- ANY GOVERNMENT -- infringes on personal freedoms and privacy by outlawing smoking in a private transportation vehicle, it is time for a revolt.

Hi Holly,

What I've heard is that there is a proposal (I'm not sure at what level) in the city of Boulder, CO to prohibit smoking in cars where children under the age of "X" are riding. On "face value" this seems like a reasonable law...but when I look at the ORIGINAL intent of why smoking was banned it's really getting to the point where we are getting just a little too much government in our lives.

You folks seem to get "hit" with almost every natural (and a few man made) disasters on the menu. Not being from California and only spending limited segments of time there is there anything on the record books regarding tornados, blizzards, etc. Sounds far fetched to me....but then again...
