E-Mail From NOIZ - P/R Dept Dear Len: Regarding our conversation last Friday....Before the end of the week, we will be having a meeting (including Richard, myself, Dave Robbins -- Micronetics Chief Operating Officer, and Joe Abrams -- our investor relations consultant) to discuss the issues you brought to our attention. Our goal is to come up with an action plan for 1) better communicating with market makers and investors; 2) issuing more press releases; and 3) staying on top ot the various investor/financial web sites. Richard thought it was important for all of us to get together and collectively decide "what" we should be communicating at this time (because, as we discussed, there is a lot going on). Once we have done that, I will send you the informal update we talked about. Hopefully, this will help to fill in what Micronetics has been up to over the past two months, and at the same time, answer the questions you brought up on Friday. For my part, I can tell you that I am planning to issue 4 press releases between now and the end of February. Each release will be tied to one of the following shows: Wireless Showcase Asisa -- Singapore Wireless Symposium -- Santa Clara, CA Via Satellite -- Washington, DC Wireless '98 -- Atlanta For your information, we will displaying our test equipment at Wireless Asia; our RF components at the Wireless Symposium; and our test equipment -- again -- at Wireless '98. We'll be looking at the Via Satellite Show to see if it's something we want to display at next year. So, you can see, we are putting ourselves out there -- at the most important shows in the industry. I also thought you might like to know that we just shipped (yesterday) our second "integrated unit", consisting of noise generator and multipath fader, to Korea. The integrated unit is our premiere test equipment product, designed for testing GSM systems during manufacturing; it sells for over $100,000. This particular model is the first "dual-band" unit shipped by Micronetics, which means it can be used to test both the North American and European GSM standard frequencies. I'll be in touch again at the beginning of next week. Thanks! Noelle
