...it was named Call Center Magazine's Best Call Center of 1997 for its hardware support to small, medium and large businesses.

Mary, is your friend a small,, medium, or large business? :-)

Does Compaq have different call centers for businesses?

I wish I knew what it was all about. I'll guess the folks that wrote the article aren't having a problem with thier Compaq. My friend that bought the computer is an attorney and will be filing a breach of warranty suit on Monday. This problem has been unresolved since June 1997. That isn't superior service in my book! Mary
