Yes you have your statistics right. Near enough for government work. More precisely and very importantly though, at the highest end, men are thousands to 1 smarter than women which is why we can list 1000s of E = MC2 and Fourier transform and Airy wave theory and quantum mechanics type inventions by men to 1 for women. In part that's because men get another 3 years of brain development than women do. Nature didn't select just for compliance DNA. There's no end of fun in the human gene pool.
