Elpolvo, that graph most likely represents the lowering unemployment and rising economy during the Obama and Trump years. And certainly had nothing to do with any serious federal program to address the problem.

And certainly is not acceptable progress. And those people still at risk are probably the most vulnerable.

We need an aggressive social program to the tune of maybe 50 billion a year, year after year.

I would suggest matching grants to the states based on plans they submit to address the problem. It is shameful we are "normalizing" this human tragedy-that we have the economic ability to mitigate.

And it has been the fucking Republicans that have fought every humanitarian program the Democrats have fought for since FDR's New Deal.

<If the "liberal" Democrats had been in power the last 50 years, you can be sure we would be addressing these problem in spades!

in the homeless population during the obama years...
