Terry! Welcome to the FAMH Thread! Just to let you know that you are not alone in a long position on FAMH! My hunch is that you are in good company. ( Just my own opinion).

Cheryl! I also am very comfortable with my investment for now in FAMH, and will also remain patient and wait for the financials to be released.

I was reviewing the thread as far back as your initial posting! Can you believe that already over two months have passed since that posting on November 9th., 1997?

I was trying to recall why a new FAMH Thread was initiated ( replacing the original one)----but now that I have taken the time to review the historical postings, I now recall the reasons that you developed the new FAMH Thread!---To put it quite simply! Several FAMH posters specifically requested that you consider being the leader of the new FAMH Thread!------And I for one, have enjoyed, learned, and pondered, your "Excellent" leadership on this thread!

I imagine that all goods things can never be expected to remain the same!---However, in my own opinion, your leadership and unselfish sharing of your efforts on this thread is second to none!

I acknowledge that certain new thread participants have recently attempted to create an energetic flurry of contraversy and cynical doubt regarding the future expected/anticipated progress of FAMH.

I am not attempting, nor trying to judge the efforts or contributions of the negative forces at work regarding the FAMH Scenario, but I for one do not intend to be thrown into a panic mode or bamboozled into some sort of doubting frenzy, just because a self proclaimed group of NON--FAMH SHAREHOLDERS, are attempting to hold us as psycological ransom, just because some of us have decided ( for our own personal reasons) that FAMH is an investment opportunity that some of us have chosen to " Risk" our hard earned money on!

I personally find it very strange and unusual ( actually quite suspicious) that someone has taken such an interest in a stock that they do not even own shares of, but feel this burning need/desire to spend precious time, trying to convince us that we are making such an error in judgement!

I thought only people in the Seminary were concerned about helping their fellow man?

A thought/comment about the .19 cent share price on FAMH!

In my opinion I am getting the strangest feeling that way too much "Hype" and "Attention" has been directed at one single trade and price point! ( I notice that the thread participants that are feeling positive about FAMH, aren't clogging up the FAMH Thread, reminding investors that it recently had an impressive run up to the high forty cent range! Why? Probably at this point the price is not as significant
as what the financials and other business announcements will bring to the party! ( Provided that there is Audited Financial Information, etc.---that's what some of us are waiting to find out !).

Then once that information ( if and when it is issued) is released then and only then will we be privy to the details and next steps).

The pages and pages of speculative financial speculation ( both pro and con the FAMH Management Team) at this point in my own opinion are now irrelevant! Simply because some individuals are not prepared to demonstrate a little patience, and wait until the suggested time frame that the FAMH Management has indicated that pertinent financial information and data will be made available.

Too many mind games are now being "thrashed around" , for example! Most of us should know by now that there are a multitude of ways of demonstrating a share value ( even if it is an isolated case/example) , I am relating to the panic setting .19 cent share trade on FAMH! In my opinion! This example is grasping at straws, if someone is attempting to induce a negative scenario, that we should all now be panic stricken and scared that the end is near for FAMH!

Give me a break! As one example it could very well have been an odd lot! Someone could have had only 50 shares and wanted to clear their books of it! Phoned up a broker and said sell it at whatever you can get for it!

It's happened to me several times over the years on various stocks!

And anyone who thinks otherwise, hasn't yet seen the good, the bad, and the ugly , of the world of stock investing!

I am also of the opinion that if anyone has a close contact with an M.M. the ability to conveniently induce or create a desired tone or market share price ( although very temporary in nature) could in fact create the desired effect! Be it positive or negative! And I guess whether one is long or short the stock! ( Just my own opinion!)

I for one have read enough of the intentional attempts to discredit the FAMH Management Team, and any/all participants on this thread that happen to view FAMH as an investment opportunity that meets their personal criteria!

In summary! At this point in time! In my own opinion! I am prepared to see what the audited finacials bring! And as far as any acquisitions, etc, if and when they come to fluition, then for me that is a bonus!

Once again! My comments on this posting are my opinions and my opinions alone! Please do what is right for you!

Wishing All Of You Good Fortune! And the Wisdom To Make the Decision That Is Right For You!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

I too am comfortable with this investment, and I am still holding.

I do agree with Little Eng that the 3rd & 4th qrtr EPS estimates .06 + .09=.15 are just not possible if the acquisition press release sales estimate ($8,000,000 - it didn't say "annual" but in the context it appeared to be)is accurate. .15x19,000,000shares=$2,850,000 earnings.
$8,000,000-6,000,000(1st&2nd qrtr per co. investor package)=$2,000,000.
$2,850,000 earnings greater than $2,000,000 sales?
If the audited finincials are inconsitent with press releases there better be an explanation!

However...

I believe part of this is due to previous PR firm (didn't impress me) either not questioning, or mistakingly calculating the numbers they were provided. I also see the tremendous growth FAMH is committed to in a growing industry, where the smallest companies have the highest profit margins and valuation multiples are in the 20s and 30s! If they can open/buy four more offices in 1998, and increase the focus on high end placements and financial services, revenues should increase substantially. But along the way they need audited financials (to get institutional investment) and a listing.

The Myriad acquisistion? Gravy. The increased revenue base will help get the stock listed, and increase the comfort level for many investors since it will be a bigger company.

The shares outstanding is now 24mil according to some posts. Subtract the float of 7mil and this allows 17mil shares avail. ($5mil.+) for acquisistions, along with the backing of Alexander-Westcott. I'm not worried about available resources, as long as they don't issue more shares for now.

We probably won't see the share price go as high as some estimates here, but I still see substantial increases as the acquisition and listing milestones are attained, and audited quarterly reports including revenues from new offices are issued.

finally... Please list the sources of data you present - don't just say "I've heard they have 20 offices", or "scuttlebut has it..." and leave it at that. Also - beware of frequent beligerent negative posters because they probably shorted and want the bash down the share price to cover.

Good Luck All!!!
