The term "purchased" is incorrect; IPEC and WFR have formed a joint venture company. In this case a LLC company for the specific purpose of developing future processes and equipment. This is typically done when two companies can both bring some expertise to a development effort where either one alone may be unable to go forward. This is an interesting development, however, and I appreciate being alerted to it.
