I don't know... he has a list of timers he follows, I think it was over 200, and his newsletter does updates on us from cover issues (I've been on the cover twice now) to top timers of the last 3, 6, 12 and 24 months.. then he covers even more now and then in a larger list where he'll update our awards... where I have bond timer of the year and one stock timer of the year (both ties.) If you are into math and signal procession, it reminds me of the Convolution Integral which in layman's terms means permabears do well when there is a protracted decline and permabulls do well when the market soars with tiny pullbacks. He also does twice weekly "Hotlines" where he updates the list of top timers.
