From your mouth to God's ears... But Einstein's God isn't listening. The most durable social structure known for multi-cellular lifeforms is slime molds. Ants have a similar organizational primitive - just saw a documentary on how they do that - there is quorum sensing and that "jobs" are taken on when pheromone levels drop or rise to certain thresholds. If the hive senses there are not enough foragers - then soldiers and care-givers start doing that. Each "job" has an odor and the intensity of the odor drives roles taken by individuals. I smell too many "criminals" in our society so the solution is "auditors", "prosecutors", and "care-givers".
