i just want to make sure i am not misunderstanding you. so you are of the belief that extra-territorial application of laws are okay? meaning that anyone in any jurisdiction (A) can be arrested by authorities in another jurisdiction (B) or multiple jurisdictions (C, D, E, ... Z) for any possible law-breaking they might be guilty of in those jurisdictions (B ... Z)? as long as the trials are fair and due process followed of course, irrespective that they were minding own business and there are no complainants of good standing? if i understand you correctly, then i believe you are wrong to think such protocol is okay.
