Market Update - all down double digits off the highs on a closing basis and the RUT is in bear market territory now. I didn't add today thinking maybe a turnaround Tuesday could give a better price but many stocks are already up from where I added so the turn may have started already. 2cps, CPC, Fear & Greed, AAII, II, CLX, money flow, etc... all suggest we're making a solid low for a good rally soon.
