First of all Diwan said it was very much economically viable ... Number 2 we don't need dr. T .... It is ready to go.... Also may I ask why boniuk wants to sue dr. Diwan .... Is he suing Seymour too.... And why didn't I know the sec has gotten involved and forcing Diwan to cede control .... Hmmm didn't know that ....by the way boniuk wanted to turn this into a real estate company .... Building plants before they had anything .... Seymour told me he was going to Australia to do trials 5 years ago ... Hmmm wonder if he is still there

Just to be clear...I was asked:
[W]hat are you [HTF] worried about[?]
One of the responses I gave was:
Boniuk files a lawsuit or the SEC starts looking closely into Diwan, making operating capital impossible to obtain.
I am not aware that Boniuk has filed or is planning to file a lawsuit; nor am I aware that the SEC is looking into Diwan's corporate activities.

I am merely stating that with all of the questionable behavior of management and corporate bad blood surrounding this company, it is something I worry about.
