Your confidence in Dr. Anil Diwan is admirable, but ill advised and unwarranted.

There is simply no confirmed, clear, independent verification that the stuff works. And that is for one very simple reason...it doesn't.

I don't know what you saw at the lab (and likely you did not understand it either), but it wasn't the manufacture of any nanoviricide in a kg batch, or smaller, but identical batches. They very well may have credentials, but they may not be working on anything for Nanoviricides.

How many "lab techs" did you personally see?

Listen, I'm after the truth, not a silly-ass debate. I'm listening, but not hearing credible arguments:
First of all Diwan said it was very much economically viable...
Diwan has yet to be proven a reliable source of business acumen for the shareholders yet.
Number 2 we don't need dr. T
Because Diwan has such a stellar track record of execution? Hogwash...er..."Number 2" indeed!
It is ready to go....
This is the product Diwan doesn't want to declare a lead candidate on? It's ready to go? Where? Why aren't we in formal tox?
Also may I ask why boniuk wants to sue dr. Diwan....
Same reason he quit the board...I assume. Corporate governance was corrupt? Diwan dissed him? Diwan was getting too greedy? Just to annoy Diwan? All just wild guesses...but I got the sense they didn't part as the best of friends and Diwan now controls Boniuk's investment in the company.
Is he suing Seymour too....
I haven't heard that rumor yet.
And why didn't I know the sec has gotten involved and forcing Diwan to cede control....
The rumor I heard was the FDA was forcing Diwan & TheraCour to untangle their parasite-host relationship with NNVC at some point. I don't exactly know why the FDA is concerned, but that's the rumor.

The SEC is a separate matter...Dave Morse's campaign about corporate malfeasance. I sort of suspect nothing will come of it, not because it has no merit, but because it is the SEC.
Hmmm didn't know that....by the way boniuk wanted to turn this into a real estate company.... Building plants before they had anything....
Yes, he announced that a year or two back at the shareholders' meeting.
Seymour told me he was going to Australia to do trials 5 years ago ... Hmmm wonder if he is still there
I don't understand your point...what would Seymour have gone to Australia with? Diwan hasn't declared a lead candidate yet.

I'm not trying to pick a fight, just letting you know my concerns haven't been swept away yet. I can't vouch for my sources either. There's a whole lot of "number 2" flying around. I hope you're right because I still have NNVC shares...but sound-bite debate doesn't settle much for me. I'm glad to know you still have Diwan's ear. Heaven knows we still hear plenty through Seymour. It's nice to hear both sides, both of which need to be weighed against what facts we do know...then apply a good deal of sniffing.

God help us all...
