The rumor I heard was the FDA was forcing Diwan & TheraCour to untangle their parasite-host relationship with NNVC at some point. I don't exactly know why the FDA is concerned, but that's the rumor.
I suggest that you might want to give serious consideration to the possibility that you have a totally unreliable source. Please. The FDA WOULDN'T BE concerned.

Needless to say Diwan seems very confident

Seymour should be just as confident as he was

We are very close to the goal - and yes this a platform technology - so it has enormous advantages

The lab looks amazing and researchers are very excited

Yes money is an issue but hopefully it will not be a deal breaker - Seymour is to blame for that - and Diwan is not afraid to say it

The SEC looking into fraud against Diwan is ludicrous - I have meant him and he is a straight shooter

Boniuk wanted to build enormous plants in Texas etc... and wanted to give Diwan a loan for the plant etc

It is Diwan vision - it his lifetime work - and he deserve to do it his way and as an investor I trust his business acumen unlike you HTF

Boniuk made a fortune in real estate but has never run a biotech company

By the way you should visit the lab it is amazing
