Mike, You don't get it. It is not HER problem. SHE is second hand information. CPQ, HWP, IBM, DELL, et. al, do not have the resources to monitor all talk sites (especially inverstment forums) to find FIRST PARTY computer system problems, let alone second party. I purchased a Sony boombox for one of my daugthers. It kept eating tapes. ARE YOU LISTENING SONY? :-( ....You should be monitoring this message! Lets get back to talking about CPQ as an investment and the factors which impinge on its viability as such. RW
