Boris, Thanks for reposting it here. I do believe we will have a one time gain because of the sale of the 15% interest in the building they current occupy. But that has to be taken out. Company does not publicly forecast earnings to my knowledge so that post with a big gain of salt. The $3.00 offer would seem to be low if one is to be made. I would based some of that on what I have already passed to you and others. My guess is that he or they are trying to hype the price up as they did not get a January bounce some were hopeing for. Jim
