Clarification upon requests............... Friends, E/Mails requested clarifications about my recent posting. I try my Best. OK? 1) Attica " friend " is anyone without the need of a power of attorney who can sort things out, on face to face street level. My joke aside, how many investors in the US right now would not want to call a "friend " for help, when discovering that he or she was taken for a ride- and in my humble opinion will be taken for many rides again and again if existing rules and regulations concerning Market Makers are not supervised on daily basis ? In a format which is transparent to the investor! Fines upon discovery even in multi million dollar format are not effective at all because " the investors pay it ". It gives the saying " insult upon injury" a particular nasty twist. 2) I was accused of slandering Jews by calling them a shower of Chuzpe ..eeees Well someone having Chuzpe can be a Christian as well or a Moslem if he has the qualitities I require to honor him with the name. For those who are not able to connect the person who urinates on your head while telling you it is raining which I regard a very good example of having Chuzpe I will tell you a little joke involving only by coincidence a Russian Jew who sits in a Deli in St.Petersburg and eats fish putting aside the heads. A person sitting on his table asks him " how come you Jews are so clever " and the response " because we eat the heads of the fish as well ". The person asks if he could buy the heads on his plate and after negotiations he gave the Jew 3 Kopeks and eat the fish heads. After a few minutes he asked the Jew " how come I paid you 3 Kopeks when I could have gotten 3 complete fishes for the same money? The reply of the Jew " You see it is already working " ! 3) I am not commenting on the word of "swindlers" in connection with the recent SEC case involving numerous top stock brokers because you can read it for yourselfs. The public reporting and description of the matter allows me the interpretation "swindlers". 4) CCS, RADAF and PAIR are three companies which I follow because I use them as part of my Neural Network research. The companies have in my opinion sound management and sound products. Pair for daily volume considerations excluded I picked upon CCS and RADAF to watch the activities tick by tick last Friday. Upon months of research I came to the conclusion, which I am entitled to communicate in this forums, that both stocks were " manipulated " on that very day in a format which invites and dictates scrutiny. Of course everything may be above board and after all what would I know? But nevertheless in my opinion the activities were not above board. For those who think that I lost money and that is the reason for my posting. Wrong! And what my feelings about CCS from a investment point of view is concerned I think that on the day a reasonable priced product appears on the market the sun will come out of present environment clouded by impatience of too many believing that one can assemble a product overnight. And RADAF? Well if I would tell you that it will be $ 60 stock within 16 month you would not want to trust my opinion anyway and rightly so, because we can cross ourselves from now on in and say a prayer of thanks for every day that we still can pay with paper instead of pieces of broken down wedding rings made out of FOOLS-GOLD.
