Cary & Sigmund,

I believe you have both brought out something very interesting. That being that the general ACMI shareholder probably also has many concerns and unanswered questions regarding the recently announced NewCo venture.

I hope that some of your raised speculative issues, provide some insight to AccuMed Management to what areas in particular are in question. It maybe the best venture going since "peanut-butter joined up with jelly" but if the shareholders are currently unclear in its intent then to what immediate benefit is it?

We have learned one immediate point from the NewCo-new venture announcement. That is that AccuMed's Management/B.O.D.s' can
work fast in reshaping the complexion and direction of the Company.

The Tuesday conference call will "help" to expel most shareholder doubts as to the expected beneficial aspects of this new corporate direction. Our individual ACMI ownership is spawned from a general trust in AccuMed's management to enhance shareholder value. At this point we can only continue to assume that the recent NewCo decision will eventually reward us (in a more timely manner) for that trust we have placed in their judgement abilities.
