What is BubbleCloud LTE?

Athonet allows users to create localised bubbles of dedicated public or private LTE coverage with our locally deployed Athonet Edge Nodes which are all connected and managed from the AWS cloud. Using similar principles to SD-WAN, an Athonet Edge Node powers a constellation of local LTE base stations and allows all constellation traffic to be steered and routed locally within a firewall giving deterministic latency, increased security and improved economics while supporting demanding use-cases such as Edge Computing. The local LTE bubble then connects back to the AWS cloud for more complex functions such as authentication, mobility and roaming.
