terry... i like your short answer, it points to the complacency of "middle age"...the ill advised and geographically vain sense of omnipotence which fouled so many so needlessly. the auto business is an ideal example. even with its ray of hope: i.e. the tuckers, and the iacoccas, some idealists who never made it really turnaround and some who did and do. i believe the restructuring affords zenith every opportunity to reemerge as the pioneer it always was... it is actually a very good story in the making, indeed. thanks for the thoughtful input, randy
