Jerry, I'd like to see ALL the Zenith board mebers be required to own at least 10,000 shares (from their own pockets). However, no need to press this issue now that we have two very strong and independent leaders at the helm. Gannon, certainly, was given a huge option bonus. Probably, a lot more lucrative than what was offered to Willmott. Details should come out in the First-Quarter, 10-Q. One more piece is needed to complete the leadership picture. Nothing personal but we need a stronger pro to head the VP Public Affairs position or turn the functions over to a company like Hill & Knowlton.
