Value of ACMI

I think that ACMI is valued in the market very differently from some of the other players in the sector such as NSIX, NPTH and CYTC.

ACMI is not a one product company
ACMI has substantial revenues.

Now you might think that these are good characteristics. But perversely these "good" characteristics have worked against the ACMI shareholder because ACMI is valued to some extent as an operating company not a development stage company.

Operating companies are valued based on earnings and cash flow not on hype.

That is why I think it very important that ACMI IR establish that the new deal makes sense structurally as if this were an operating company.

When ACMI starts reporting profits, it will be in far better shape than the other companies in the sector and the fact that it has so many irons in the fire will then be seen as a plus not the minus it is currently. Today these multiple irons are seen as a drag on the financial resources of the company causing it to sell off pieces at firesale prices. In the future multiple irons will be seen as a driver of growth.

But we have to get there first.

Cisco, ONE DOLLAR BUYS SO MUCH MORE @ ACMI!!!!!

Thanks for the suggestion on the news letter. I dont think I will quit my day job though.<g>

The numbers show compelling value in acmi stock. The peer group numbers may be equally compelling; but their profit margins would have to be 500% greater than acmi margins to support the current excess valuation.

HERE IS WHAT ONE DOLLAR BUYS YOU IF YOU WERE OUT SHOPPING TO BUY ONE OF THESE COMPANIES ON THE OPEN MARKET.

ACMI-----$0.39 IN SALES PER DOLLAR INVESTED

ACYT-----$0.07 IN SALES PER DOLLAR INVESTED

CYTC-----$0.06 IN SALES PER DOLLAR INVESTED

NPTH-----$0.05 IN SALES PER DOLLAR INVESTED

IF I WERE A BANKER LENDING MONEY FOR ONE OF THESE DEALS I'D HAVE A HARD TIME JUSTIFYING A LOAN TO BUY SOME OF THESE.
