Exactly... she references the "tippy top" 1% of the taxpayers... only a 13 year old would use that phrasing... Little does that imbecile know that the top 1% earners in this country already pay more than 40% of the entire tax revenue... the top 10% earners pay more than 60% of the entire tax revenue, and the top 50% pays more than 97% of the entire tax revenue... why no one ever says that is amazing... it's a FACT... There is also a phenomenon referred to as the Laffer Effect, it was studied and proven by Arthur Laffer, the economist... his finds are below his picture... Laffer discovered that no matter how much you raise taxes, the tax revenue will not change enough to move the needle... that's because as taxes are increased, the high end earners move their money to other accounts to avoid those taxes, this is all done legally, I'm not talking about offshore accounts which could be illegal depending on how that money is spent... only the stupid politician thinks the high end earner is receiving income only from employment compensation which is taxed, but that's not the case... most of their income comes from dividends, bonds, and so on, so raising their tax burden only means they move their money to a lower tax burden instrument... How stupid can these politicians be??? They're so stupid, I wonder how they can find their own asses... GZ
