Sorry to disturb this strangely positive party, but i must ask a couple of questions. Are all you people out of your minds? You are dealing with perhaps the most vile and crooked gov't i have ever seen. Does the fact that World Wide Minerals, Kazakstan Goldfields, Princess Resources, and Placer Dome have all been screwed in the last year and a half(via mining projects)not worry you. These companies all had solid aggreements that were corrupted by this gov't. the Lundin family has backed out of any further deals in the country, and many US energy giants have made their growing concerns known. The US has recently reduced foreign aid to the country in its dissappointment with the illegal and corrupt acts of government. With the weakness in gold, I would say that there is enough risks without having to deal with this country. Why wouldn't you choose a solid gold play in a real country?
There is a famous saying in this business" you play with SHI- and you are bound to get some on your hands." I have been hurt by these people and just placing a friendly warning. Do as you will but you have been warned.
